    With over 18 years experience, Juanita has worked in a number of dynamic retail environments that have called for instantaneous results.

    She has held senior executive management roles in a number of New Zealand and Australia’s most iconic retailers including Progressive Enterprises; Foodtown, Woolworths & Countdown, Noel Leeming & Bond & Bond, Pizza Hut, KFC, Warehouse Stationery, Sizzler International, Eagle Boys and Dreamworld.

    As General Manager Marketing in most of these organisations, she has led the evolution of many retail brands and retail initiatives such as the award winning onecard.

    Craig joined Image Centre Group two years ago as a director following the purchase of Boston Digital by ICG.

    He founded Alphabet Soup in 1991 which evolved into one of New Zealand’s most successful retail agencies working with many long-standing clients such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Wattie’s, Hill & Stewart, BBQ Factory, Woolworths, Bedpost, the $2 Shop and Liquor King.

    With more than 25 years experience in retail advertising production and delivery, Craig brings to the team a proven ability to deliver to tight retail deadlines.

    Peter has over 30 years experience in the New Zealand media industry, most recently as Executive Director of Omnicom Media Group. Previously he has held senior media roles including Media Director positions at Ogilvy & Mather, Mattingly and partners and Colenso BBDO.

    Spearheading group negotiations and strong growth targets for the groups clients Peter has extensive experience and specifically in the retail sector with Lion Breweries, Super Liquor, Farmers, The Warehouse/Warehouse Stationery, KFC and Pizza Hut.

    Lisa has been instrumental in the rebranding, repositioning, promotional and retail environment design for many of New Zealand’s best retailers. Her pragmatic approach to the environment from a customer’s perspective (both external and internal) means that no opportunity goes untouched to ensure maximum shopper enjoyment and optimal operational efficiency in store.

    She has held senior management roles and consulted in a number of iconic retailers including Farmers Trading Company, Noel Leeming & Bond & Bond, Basko’s, Warehouse Stationery and Repco. Her award-winning approach to store transformation is well recognised ensuring that every cent spent in the store is prudently allocated for optimal ROI. Having worked her way up from the shop floor as a merchandiser, Lisa understands the dynamics of a retail environment from both a creative and hands on perspective.

    Linda is a creative and strategic executive with extensive experience in leading and managing retail business change. By combining strategy with project management capabilities she is proven in taking the bigger picture, cutting to the core ideas then translating complex information into actionable outcomes. Most recently as Head of Basko’s Retail (groundbreaking new concept for the Warehouse Group), she has led marketing-centric and operational change for Noel Leeming Group and PRG in areas of Customer Innovation and Experience and E-commerce through UK retailer Powerhouse.

    Linda also brings strong agency experience through various account service roles with Lowe Lintas, APL Digital and Pearson Davis predominantly in direct marketing and early interactive online marketing.

    With over 15 years financial expertise, Tania has provided analytical insights and developed business intelligence tools for CEO’s and Senior Executive teams in NZ and overseas. Her ability to translate data into meaningful intelligence revealing key trends and KPI’s adds significant value, often challenging long-held but inaccurate beliefs about business performance.

    Tania’s approach to business intelligence incorporates snapshot tools and dashboard reports which make business KPI’s accessible and meaningful. In particular she has developed interrogation processes and reporting around; Customer and product profitability; Stock and labour cost optimisation; Business case modelling for new ventures and store development ; Property investment strategy modelling; Competitor acquisition; Joint ventures and contract management; Reviewing business processes from point-of-sale through to stock management and backend accounting and reporting.

    Originally a Chartered Accountant, Tania has honed her analytical retail skills with organisations such as Harrods (of London), Noel Leeming Group, The Warehouse Group and other FMCG and retail businesses. She was also a Senior Manager within Operations consulting for Deloitte.

    Matthias arrived in NZ in 2005 with several years of experience at agencies in Hamburg, Germany under his belt.

    Since his arrival he has worked as an Art Director at some of NZ’s top agencies including Ogilvy, BCG and most recently DDB where he had a big part in creating a new look & feel for The Warehouse brand.

    Throughout his career Matthias has worked across a wide range of international clients, such as SKY, The Warehouse, Hansell’s, McDonald’s, NZ Lotteries, Nestle, STIHL and of course - being german - Audi and VW. His work across all advertising disciplines has been regularly recognized at national and international awards shows for both, its creativity and effectiveness.

    And when he’s not busy making other people’s brands famous, he likes to look after his own - a newly launched clothing label.

    Perhaps best described as the advertising version of a Renaissance Man, Andy is an art director, conceptualiser, writer, visualiser and designer and his career has seen him employ his talents across brand, retail and direct marketing, with awards to his name in all three disciplines.

    He has worked on New Zealand's largest brands including Laminex, Air new Zealand, Fisher&Paykel, Fonterra, KiwiBank and BNZ as well as international accounts such as Singapore Airlines, General Motors Holden, Mazda, Nissan, BMW, MINI and many others. His retail experience includes work on Farmers, Progressive Enterprises, Rebel Sport, Life Pharmacy, KFC and Pizza Hut.

    An early convert to all things digital, Andy has embraced the online world, currently contributing to various tech blogs while testing new hardware like mobile phones and tablets. He also develops mobile applications in whatever spare time he has left.

    Married with a blended family of six, Andy is also a musician, pilot and former rally driver.

    Aynsley recently joined hotfoot from Energi Advertising where he was Operations Director and immediately took charge of the merged Image Centre design and publishing studio of 13 people.

    Prior to that, Aynsley had spent over 15 years in print, production and client service for companies such as Alphabet Soup, Raydar and EMAP Business Communications on a diverse group of clients including KFC, Peter Webb Galleries and Kiwibank.

    Aynsley has been instrumental in setting up systems to ensure work flows within studio run smoothly and consistently deliver to the highest level and is renown for keeping cool under the pressure of fast turnaround retail.
